Deltav Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Torii mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using Torii, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 No Account Required

Torii does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information (such as your name, email, or phone number) to use the App. We designed Torii with privacy in mind.

1.2 Photos and Images You Provide

When you use Torii, you may upload:

• Selfies and photos for avatar generation
• Reference images for face swap features

Important: We process your photos solely to generate your personalized avatars. Your uploaded photos are sent to our servers temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted after your avatar is generated. We do not store your original photos permanently on our servers.

1.3 Face Data

Torii uses photos containing your face to generate stylized avatar images. Because this involves face data, we want to be fully transparent about how it is handled:

Collection and Use: When you select a photo for avatar generation, your face data is used solely for the purpose of generating your personalized avatar. Face data is never used for authentication, identification, advertising, or any purpose other than creating your requested avatar image.

On-Device Handling: Your photo and face data are held in the app's active memory only while you are using the app. Face data is never written to your device's local storage. When you close the app, remove your photo, or select a new photo, the face data is discarded from memory.

Retention: We do not retain your face data on our servers. Your photo is transmitted to our processing servers solely for the duration of avatar generation (typically 15–60 seconds), after which it is immediately discarded. We store face data only for the minimum time technically required to complete the image generation request, and no longer.

Third-Party Sharing: Your face data is shared with the following third parties strictly for the purpose of generating your avatar:

• Cloudflare (infrastructure provider): Routes your image data between the app and our AI provider via a secure worker. Cloudflare processes the data in transit and does not store your face data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Replicate (AI processing provider): Processes your face data to generate your avatar using AI image generation models. Replicate retains input images and generated outputs temporarily (typically up to 1 hour) solely for prediction delivery, after which they are automatically deleted. Replicate does not use your face data for model training. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.
