Welcome to Torii! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Torii mobile application ("App") operated by Deltav Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Torii, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Torii is an AI-powered image generation application that transforms user-provided photos into stylized avatar artwork. The App offers various artistic styles and a face swap feature that allows users to apply their likeness to reference images.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Torii. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 No Account Required

Torii does not require you to create an account. Your subscription status is managed through your Apple ID.

3.2 Subscriptions

Torii offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and included features, are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
